Vauxhall Arch

Base Associates have designed and achieved planning consent on behalf of Vauxhall One for a unique light installation project. The proposal is due for completion in the first quarter of 2012 and will act as a pilot project for the forthcoming Vauxhall BID which Base are supporting.

The scheme restores one the finest houses in Brent and creates a unique glass side extension which incorporates modern facilities including a 20m swimming pool.

Bespoke Residential Housing Masterplan

Vine Works Completed

Base Associates have completed the extensive refurbishment and extension to a Building of Merit in Camden. The works included a bespoke 1,300sqft dining area.

Consent Granted at Walworth Road

Base Associates have achieved planning consent in Southwark to provide 3’500sqft of commercial space and 9 apartments.

The proposal suits the challenging site by working within the parameters of two existing trees and will provide brown roofs, green walls, solar and thermal panels to help achieve a 20% reduction on predicted carbon dioxide emissions.
