Located on a former pedestrian path in-between two storey residential properties and just off one of the most lively roads in Wandsworth, we have developed a bespoke residence for an overseas client. Challenging constraints (including a 3m width) resulted in an innovative four storey build with a sunken courtyard basement. We worked closely with the client, local authority and consultants to achieve consent at the first attempt.
