Description

Base Associates were appointed by Goldberg Properties to provide affordable housing for the Metropolitan Trust on a brownfield site near the Olympic Park.

The scheme was developed with the London Borough of Tower Hamlets  to provide circa 13,000sqft of accommodation along with a variety of amenity spaces. The project will comply with the Mayors new housing standards include a Code 4 rating.
