Base Associates are working with developers, the mayor’s office and local activist groups to refurbish and convert this historic grade II listed scene painting studio established by renowned scenic artist Joseph Harker in 1905. The project aims to sensitively create 6 residential units alongside vibrant creative workspaces through culturally positive design.
