We love football and we love charity. Base worked with former premiership footballers Frédéric Kanouté and Abou Diaby on the planning and delivery of the optimum fiscal return on behalf of a trust managing their charitable foundations.

The redevelopment of the site into 9 residential houses and apartments has produced a long term residential rental incomes for Sakina children’s village, in Bamako (Mali).

Sakina combines several services and facilities for the needs of orphans and destitute children. The project consists of a school, a kindergarten, a centre for vocational training, a health centre, a small building for administration and facilities for sport and leisure.
