Base Associates have obtained planning permission for a mixed use development on Edgware Road, London. Working with clients Sheen Lane Developments the scheme consists of three blocks up to 20 storeys in height and basement parking. The site is located within the Burnt Oak and Colindale Growth area and will provide 252 new homes, c. 18,000sqft of commercial spaces and a new public realm at street level.
